Fleur Delia graduated as Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) in 2005 from the University of Malta after submitting her thesis on "Penalty Clauses and Liquidated Damages in Contracts". She was admitted to the Bar in March 2006.
Fleur studied at the "Universita' di Tor Vergata" in Rome between November 2004 and February 2005 on an Erasmus Student Exchange Programme.
