Following the Annual General Meeting of the Malta Maritime Law Association (MMLA) which was held on 1st December 2021, Dr. Suzanne Shaw has been reconfirmed as Vice President of the Executive Committee for the upcoming term.

Set up in 1994, the MMLA is a non-profit making, voluntary organisation which aims to promote the study and advancement of Maritime Law and its administration. The MMLA plays an essential role in ensuring that Maltese maritime legislation and its regulatory infrastructure is kept up to date and constantly improved in order to enhance qualitative standards and consolidate Malta’s position as an international maritime service player.
