Dr. Suzanne Shaw delivered lectures during the 3rd ELSA Malta Maritime Summer Law School, a week-long social and academic programme organised by ELSA Malta.
This event was attended by approximately 55 law students from all over Europe.
Dr. Shaw’s lecture focused on the Sale and Purchase of Vessels. Dr. Shaw outlined the contractual process leading to the execution of a sale and purchase agreement as well as the subsequent steps towards completion of the transaction. Dr Shaw analysed contractual clauses included in the Norwegian Saleform 2012 and their application through relevant case law.
