Enrico Schintu joined Dingli & Dingli Law Firm in 2016 as an Associate within the Firm’s Corporate Department.
He is an Italian qualified lawyer and is specialised in Maritime, Aviation and Transport law.
Enrico obtained his law degree in 2011 from University of Cagliari after successfully completing a dissertation in “Chartering of Air-Crafts” and carrying out research at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) in London.
During law school he was a student representative of the Law Faculty.
In 2013 under the patronage of UNRIC he pursued a Masters degree (LLM) in Law and Economics of the Sea at the Universitá degli Studi di Teramo and Chamber of Commerce of Pescara, Italy.
In 2014 he obtained his Masters in Business and Management (MBM) after successfully following the post graduate course in Management and Policy of integrated logistics in the Mediterranean at Link Campus University in Rome.
Enrico worked in various national and international law firms and gained his experience in the areas of practice of Commercial Law, Transport Law and Consumer’s Rights.
In 2010 he worked within an International Law firm in London and in 2013 he attended an internship at the University of Stockholm in transport law.
In 2015 he followed an internship at the Italian Ministry of Infrastructures and Transports in Rome, and during this time he participated in the reform of the Port Authority, analyzing the sector of Italian and European Shipping, and participating in conferences and Port Committees.
Between 2012 and 2014, Enrico also held the office of National Treasurer of ELSA Italy, the world's largest association of law students, thus also gaining experience in the field of non-profit making associations and organisations.
Enrico was admitted to the Bar in Italy in 2015.
